• Access and Authorization: Customers must provide safe, unobstructed access to pool equipment and work areas. Any hazards or obstacles must be disclosed prior to scheduled service.

• Service Warranty: Frontline Pools offers a limited workmanship warranty of [insert duration, e.g., 30 or 90 days] for repairs. Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts (e.g., Jandy equipment).

• Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service or according to agreed billing terms. Late payments may incur additional fees.

• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain water chemistry and to report issues promptly. Improper chemical balancing or failure to follow maintenance recommendations may void service warranties.

• Insurance Coverage: Frontline Pools is a licensed and insured business. Copies of liability insurance are available upon request.
